More Than Staging...


Buying a home is a huge commitment both financially and emotionally and it can be a little scary when all you see are photos of undefined spaces. Staging a room gives dimension and provides the function for the space. It gives the space definition and purpose so potential buyers can imagine themselves living there. When Stage It first enters a home, we visualize how the home will function at it’s best. We take our time walking through room by room and don’t want to label a room until I’ve seen the entire home. Some spaces take a little creativity in order to showcase it’s best purpose and function. From there, we create the perfect layout for that specific home and create a picture perfect portrait for you to proudly display.

This project was unique in that we got the opportunity to not only stage the home, but also design and select the custom floors, granite, cabinets, paint, floor plan and layout enhancements, lighting and plumbing fixtures.

This home was a remodel inside and out. We were a part of the entire process from marble, granite, tile, paint, stain, lighting and faucet selections to the purchase of new furniture, artwork and accent pieces.

Realtor advised her client that her empty investment-rental property would sell faster and for higher profit if staged professionally!
